THE GREATEST GIFT

The greatest gift the world has known was born on Christmas day.
He came to be a sacrifice to take our sins away.

He lived a sinless life along the shores of Galilee.
He healed the sick, the lame, the deaf, and caused the blind to see.

Because of His great love for us He suffered agony
Upon a cruel cross of shame so we could all be free,

And choose to live with Him in Heaven when earthly days shall cease,
While for eternity our souls can know God’s Heavenly peace.

Each day we see more prophecies fulfilled before our eyes,
And soon the Lord will take His own to Heaven in the skies.
