~ LORD KEEP ME STRONG ~

I pray, dear Lord, You'll keep me strong
When times are tough, and things go wrong.
Help me to tightly grasp Your hand
When problems I don't understand
Send waves of doubt upon my soul,
And make me feel I've lost control.

Give me the faith to clearly see,
Through whirlwinds of adversity,
The One Who leads me day by day,
And helps me walk the narrow way.
Though others may abandon You,
I pray for courage to stay true.

Remove the terror ling'ring near,
And send me faith that conquers fear.
May every trial I must go through
Just draw me closer, Lord, to You.
And help my feet to never roam,
But follow as You lead me home.
