I THANK YOU, LORD

For all the blessings that You send,
For countless joys that never end,
I thank You, Lord.

For food to eat, and clothes to wear,
For all Your tender, loving care,
I thank You, Lord.

For Nature’s beauty in the sky,
For flowers, and trees, and birds that fly,
I thank You, Lord.

For saving me from all my sin,
So Heaven I might enter in,
I thank You, Lord.

For restful sleep at close of day,
And giving me the grace to say,
“I thank You, Lord.”
