MY FOREVER FRIEND

I met you on the Internet,
And you have come to be
So precious, and so very dear,
Just like my family.

Although I’ve never seen your face,
I’ve felt your tender care,
And how you think of others, as
Your love you freely share.

I know that you are one on whom
I always can depend,
If I should have a prayer request,
Or simply need a friend.

So thank you for the gift of love
That you have given me.
I pray our friendship will survive
Through all eternity.
