MY QUESTIONS

What would I do without my dear Jesus?
Where could I find needed strength for each day?
Where could I look for my soul’s daily answers?
Who’d give my mouth just the right words to say?

Who could I find to carry my burdens?
Who’d understand all the pain that I feel?
Where could I turn when I need extra comfort?
Who is the one with the power to heal?

Who knows my innermost deep secret longings?
Who looks inside of my heart and can see
Dreams of the things I am praying will happen –
The person I hope that I might one day be?

How could I go on without His blest mercy?
What would I do if I had not His love?
Why did He die just to pay for my pardon,
And now is preparing my mansion above?

How can I thank Him for all of my blessings?
How can I offer Him all of my praise?
I hope to sing with the Heavenly chorus,
And worship my Jesus the rest of my days!
